NextBee.com, a leading marketing software company, is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for turning our current clients into raving fans. You'll own the ongoing relationship with our clients and be the primary point person for all client contact. That means you'll be responsible for working with the client, the operations team, and the rest of the client advisory team to deliver above-and-beyond service from the moment a plan goes live on our platform. You'll also serve as the voice of the client to our product and engineering team and help drive forward new initiatives and features to improve the client experience going forward. In short, you’ll be a co-creator of the client-facing side of NextBee.

Your responsibilities -
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the clients.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Requirements -
  • 3+ years of Client Service role, ideally working with a portfolio of multiple accounts.
  • A plus if you have business development, and/or Client Success experience in IT/Software industry.
  • Passion for delivering amazing customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in AdWords with strong written and verbal skills, and familiarity with Google Analytics and YouTube. The candidate should also be results driven, ambitious, organized, articulate and a self-starter. The specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, launching and monitoring campaigns.

Your responsibilities -
  • Develop & execute landing page campaigns
  • Implement & ensure proper tracking and attribution
  • Monitor and report performance of campaigns
  • Effectively manage budgets throughout the month
  • Optimize Keywords and Ad Groups to Increase Ad Ranks

NextBee.com, a leading marketing software company, is looking for a Senior PHP Web Developer to work out of our San Mateo Office. Ideal candidate will be the one who has hands on coding skills for writing PHP backend code and MySql queries.

You should be also able to write/debug front end code that involves JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, and HTML. We are looking for someone who has proven coding skills. You must be able to write bug free code from scratch and has practical knowledge of technical and customer experience issues that surface when a software solution is used at large scale. Given the role responsibilities, we are not looking for someone who just has basic familiarity with the technologies but someone who has successfully executed projects used by real users in the market place.

Since, our team is distributed, in addition to A+ programming skills, we require you to have project management, documentation, and verbal/written communication skills. This position is open to only someone who is in US.

Your responsibilities -
  • Review business requirements working with other team members
  • Perform a technical analysis of requirements
  • Produce a solid, detailed technical design
  • Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
